Aluminum extruded Closed Profile frame, for a Pull Flush Trimless Glass door. (sheets 8-10mm thick)
Suitable for full ceiling height or with a header profile.
Consult Hardware specifications pertaining to leaf Max dimensions.
Simple leaf fabrication - TEG 310 does not require the glass sheet to be cleared for the HW interface.
The Integrated Reinforcement Mesh solution protects the finish coat on both interior & exterior sides.
The closed profile format, requires milling for HW at the factory.

This Profile provides Millwork with an interface for a Mechanically Integrated Finish Reinfircement Mesh. It is Taped over with a shock absorbing strip, and offers a wide range of design possibilities Inclusive of optional combination with other Shadowgaps (TL / TR) and other Semi Trimless Frames (TPL / TPS) Leaf Thickness is solely dependant on the Jamb Design and Hardware.
Open format allow for a flexible installation.
The Jamb and any blocks may be fabricated with the slab (No H.W pre machining required)

Kits typically offerd to sizes (height X width in milimeters) :
2200 X 1100, Total Ext Frame Length.
2750 X 1100, Total Ext Frame Length.
2750 X 1000 Total Ext Frame Length. No Top Frame Profile.
Kits Include: Bottom cuts, Miter Corner Cuts where top frame is included, Protective Film over rough alum' extrusions, Miter 90 Angle Lock Frame Connectors, Brackets (6-8 per size), Spreader-Bar, 90 Angle Corner Hold, Integrated Mesh Reinforcement for finish coat integrity. Milling for reduced Baseboard Interference and simplified install at the Jamb Bottom, for a height of upto 120mm.
Custom Machnining may be added to the Kit. The typical reduces interferences as muc as possible per AGS. Special requests are possible to coordiante.
Any additions may be supplemented to the kit. To include hardware, Door seals, and any other item. The kit is supplied ready to be primed & finished for installation. Finally, THEINVISIBLETOOLBOX may also process an order for a complete door, installed - In designated service locations.
Description
Aluminum extruded Closed profile Subframe, for a Revealed Frame, Push Flush / Pull Flush door. Leaf thickness typically 44-60mm (1 3/4" - 2 3/8").
Suitable for full ceiling height or with a header profile.
Closed format require percise, preditermined installation:
Profiles are pre machined for hardware, supplied as ordered.
Where desired, addition of cladding on the interior side is made possible via the Millwork Jamb Design. This profle allows for a wide range of Jamb Frame expressions.
The integrted Mesh on both sides, reinforces the fine finish line.
