Custom Kits per request are available to order. Extrusion Stick Length Typical: Up to 5.5 Meter runs.

Kits typically offerd to sizes (height X width in milimeters) :

2150 X 1000 Clear Inside Frame.
2400 X 1000 Clear Inside Frame
2700 X 1000 Clear Inside Frame
2750 High, Clear Inside Frame. No Top Frame Profile.
3000 High, Clear Inside Frame. No Top Frame Profile.

Kits Include: Bottom cuts, Miter Corner Cuts where top frame is included, Protective Film over rough alum' extrusions, Snap in Miter Lock Frame Connectors, Milling for any standard hardware required (Hinges, strikeplates), Brackets (6-8 per size), Spreader-Bar, 90 Angle Corner Hold, Integrated Mesh Reinforcement for finish coat integrity.

Custom or Typical Machnining, for a Simplified Baseboard Install, may be added to the Kit Order. Typical Machining is applied to the bottom of the Jamb Frame on both sides, upto a height of 95mm. This reduces interferences and simplifies the flush base install as muc as possible.

AGS may change the specifications of the section parts cleared as it constantly seeks to improve. We are always able to assess custom machining per any particular needs.

Any additions may be supplemented to the kit. To include hardware, Door seals, any other item. The kit is supplied ready to be primed & finished for installation. Finally, THEINVISIBLETOOLBOX may also process an order for a complete door, installed - In designated service locations.

Description

Aluminum extruded Closed Profile frame, for a Pull Flush Trimless Glass door. (sheets 8-10mm thick)

Suitable for full ceiling height or with a header profile.

Consult Hardware specifications pertaining to leaf Max dimensions.

Simple leaf fabrication - TEG 310 does not require the glass sheet to be cleared for the HW interface.

The Integrated Reinforcement Mesh solution protects the finish coat on both interior & exterior sides.

The closed profile format, requires milling for HW at the factory.

Suitable for full ceiling height or with a header profile.

Closed format require percise, preditermined installation:

Sections are pre machined for hardware, supplied per order. See open profiles (equivalent TUS45) allow for installation prior to finalizing hardware specification.

The design of this profile allows for addition of cladding or tile on the interior side.

The integrated Reinforcment mesh solution protects the finish coat on both sides os this frameless opening.
